Dues paying members of Hoosier Action lead and shape our work, take collective action, and vote on big organization-wide decisions. What are dues and what is the average monthly amount?
Our members pay on average $15 a month, but dues are whatever you can pay a month. We encourage you to give an amount that is meaningful to you. Some members pay more, some less, but anyone who pays dues monthly is a Hoosier Action member.. We are all in this together!
What do dues pay for?
Dues dollars directly support our shared mission to build a brighter Indiana for and with our members. For example, they pay for child care and food for chapter meetings, transportation, and supplies for actions. The higher percentage of dollars that come from dues, the more flexibility we have to be creative in putting resources towards the mission of the chapters.
